Next Steps

How we work.

If you would like to move to the next step of the process, one of the team will visit you and confirm the initial survey. They will also provide you with a complete report covering important technical details. This is provided free of charge.

We’ll request that your 10% deposit is paid after the site visit and if you decide to go ahead, 40% is required at installation and the remaining 50% is required upon completions of the works and handover.

Our trades people are trained and managed in-house so you can be assured that you can trust them.

All our solar panels are covered by a 25-year guarantee and our workmanship is covered by a 10-year guarantee, just to give you that extra peace of mind.

You won’t need to worry about doing any lengthy paperwork, as we will take care of it all. We will provide you with an information pack that confirms that the Grid knows you’re connected, and that your system complies with Building and Electrical Regulations.

Before we leave, we will give you all the information that you will need regarding your new system, and to make sure that you can get the most out of it. You can also benefit from using the Customer Online Monitoring system that can check how your solar system is working. We also operate a Remote Monitoring System, which is able to detect any improvements that may need to be made, and can also alert to any system problems.
